Shipping abroad is carried out via DPD courier. When placing your order, please select the country to which the parcel is to be delivered.

2. collection in a stationary shop

It is possible to collect your order in a stationary shop. It is not possible to pay for your order in the shop. The order is prepared and an SMS is sent to inform you that you can collect your order in a stationary shop.

3 - Do we have a stationary shop?

Our stationary shop is located in Wodzisław Śląski at 7 Zamkowa Street. It is open from Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

Is it possible to combine orders?

Absolutely. Please inform us immediately if you would like to place another order, so that the first order is not sent. You should place your subsequent order by selecting the ‘pick up at stationary shop’ option so that you do not have to pay shipping costs again. Then write in the comments of your order with which order we should combine it. 

5 Returns

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days without stating a reason. The deadline for withdrawal expires 14 days after receipt of the ordered goods. The customer is obliged to return the purchased goods immediately, no later than within 14 days from the day on which he/she informed about the withdrawal from the contract. The goods should be returned directly to the address given, ul. Mendego 28 7, 44-300 Wodzisław Śląski in an intact condition, without signs of use, with all parts of the goods (tags, etc.). Return shipping costs are covered by the sender. Parcels sent at the addressee's expense, cash on delivery or to a parcel machine are not accepted. Goods that are not of full value, bearing traces of use, will be sent back to the Sender and the return will not be accepted. In case of withdrawal from the sales contract, the product should be sent back to the address:

    The shop does not accept parcels sent at the addressee's expense, cash on delivery or parcels sent to a parcel machine.
    Each returned product should be properly packed in the original box.
    The cost of sending the goods back is covered by the Buyer.
    Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the return.

6 Exchanges

To exchange goods, you must return the purchased goods in accordance with the terms and conditions of the return (funds will be refunded to your account) and place a new order.

7 Complaints

If you receive goods that do not comply with your order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the package to be collected, covering the shipping costs. If you wish to exchange the goods for a different size or product, the return procedure will apply. In accordance with our terms and conditions, we do not carry out exchanges of goods. In the event of a complaint about the goods received, the received product should be sent back to the address:

    Each returned product should be properly packed and protected,
    Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the return.
    The product should be clean, properly packed and secured. In the event of a justified complaint, the defective product will be repaired or replaced with the same, full-quality product or, if this is not possible, the cost will be refunded.

8 Notification of products?

If a product is unavailable, it is possible to receive an e-mail notification of its renewed availability.

A preorder is an order placed before the official launch of a product.

10. What is the lead time for an order?

Your order will be processed once we have received your payment. The lead time is 2-7 days.

11. How do I benefit from free delivery?

When the order amount exceeds £ 299, the free delivery option is activated automatically.
