You have the full right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your package without stating a reason. If, on the other hand, you have noticed a product defect or an error in your order, it is essential to make a complaint. How to make a return

Returns are very easy at Ubranesklep.co.uk - just follow the instructions below:

1. Fill in the returns form enclosed with your order.

2. Carefully pack the returned goods (unused and clean, with tags, in original packaging!) with the return form and proof of purchase (receipt) attached.3.

3. Return the goods at your expense to our address:

Important returns information

The cost of returning goods is borne by the Buyer.

You can send your parcel by any courier or post by sending it directly to our address. Please note: we do not accept parcels sent COD or at our expense. We are not able to collect parcels from Parcel Machines or other parcel machines. We do not accept parcels sent as registered mail.

It is not possible to make a return in a stationary shop.

We will refund your money within 14 days of us receiving your return parcel. The refund will be made to the account number provided on the form or in the same way as the payment was made - orders paid by IMOJE (BLIK, Cards, Quick transfers as well as Twisto/PayPo) are refunded by the IMOJE system automatically to the account from which the order was paid.

Returned merchandise must be clean and intact, properly protected, packed in the original packaging. Please note that we do not accept garments that show signs of use, have been washed or have a perfume smell. Such a return will not be accepted and the goods will be sent back to the Sender.

According to the terms and conditions we do not exchange goods.

If you receive goods that do not conform to your order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the package to be collected, covering the postage costs.

Important information regarding complaints

The cost of returning the product under a complaint shall be borne by the Buyer.

We will respond to a complaint within a maximum of 14 days from the date of submission.

What is not subject to complaint?

  • Mechanical defects occurring during use: e.g. tears, fabric cracks, pulling, abrasion or fraying of the fabric.
  • Changes in colour: discolouration or staining of the garment.
  • Damage to the garment's colouring.
  • Damage to fastening elements: defects in zips, zips, snaps (naps) and buttons.
  • Damage to decorative details: damage to or loss of elements such as sequins, rhinestones, feathers, brooches, etc.
  • Defects due to improper care: damage caused by washing, ironing or use not recommended on the manufacturer's label.
  • Print defects: e.g. cracking or abrasion of applications
  • Improper size and cut, as well as differences in dimensions within ± 2 cm, as well as differences between the actual appearance of the product and the photo posted in the shop if they are due to individual monitor settings (in this case, the goods are refundable within 14 days of receipt of the order)
